9 Data Retention

  • Account and transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with anti-money-laundering and gaming licence regulatory requirements.
  • KYC documentation: Retained for the duration of the account relationship and for five (5) years following account closure.
  • Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years following the resolution of the relevant support interaction.
  • Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent, plus three (3) years following withdrawal of consent, to evidence compliance with marketing regulations.
  • Analytics data: Aggregated, anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it does not constitute personal data.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely and permanently deleted or anonymised in accordance with pak56's data destruction procedures.

10 International Data Transfers

pak56 operates on an internationally licensed basis, and some of its service providers — including KYC verification partners and game studio providers — may be located outside Pakistan. Where personal data is transferred internationally, pak56 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual data protection clauses that require the recipient to maintain security standards equivalent to those described in this Policy.

pak56 does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not offer an adequate level of data protection without first implementing appropriate contractual safeguards.

11 Minors

The pak56 platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. pak56 does not knowingly collect or process personal data relating to individuals under the age of 21. If pak56 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, the relevant account will be closed immediately, any balance will be handled in accordance with the pak56 Terms and Conditions, and the personal data will be deleted as expeditiously as possible.

12 Marketing Communications

pak56 will only send you promotional emails, SMS messages, or in-platform marketing notifications where you have given your explicit consent to receive them during the registration process or subsequently through your account settings.

Withdrawal of marketing consent will take effect within 48 hours of receipt of your request. Please note that withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your receipt of transactional communications, which are operationally necessary for the management of your account.

pak56 will acknowledge all data rights requests within five (5) business days and complete them within thirty (30) calendar days. Where a request is complex, the completion period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days with prior notification.

14 Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with how pak56 has handled your personal data, you are encouraged to contact the pak56 Data team in the first instance at [email protected]. pak56 will investigate your complaint and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

If you remain unsatisfied following pak56's response, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant data protection authority or to the gaming licensing authority under whose jurisdiction pak56 operates.

15 Policy Amendments

pak56 reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or the way pak56 processes personal data. Material changes will be communicated to account holders via the registered email address at least seven (7) days before the revised Policy takes effect.

The effective date at the top of this Policy will be updated whenever the Policy is revised. Continued use of the pak56 platform following the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
