1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "pak56" or "the Platform" refers to the online gambling and sports betting service operated at pak56.org and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and account management systems.
• "Account Holder" or "Player" means any natural person who has completed the pak56 registration process and whose account remains in good standing.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in your pak56 account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, cashback, or matched deposit amount granted to your account under a pak56 promotional offer, which is subject to separate wagering conditions before conversion to withdrawable balance.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a casino game outcome, a sportsbook event, a live dealer game, or any other gambling product offered through the pak56 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which accessing or using the pak56 platform is unlawful under applicable local legislation.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including but not limited to submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator, the certified software system that determines outcomes in pak56 casino games.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pak56.org, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pak56 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pak56 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain a pak56 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pak56 enforces a strict minimum age requirement and will request documentary proof of age before processing any withdrawal.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of pak56 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously had a pak56 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or a court order that restricts your participation in gambling activities.

4 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one pak56 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, different devices, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. pak56 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings generated through them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. pak56 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

pak56 may, at its sole discretion, decline to approve any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

5 Deposits & Funds

All deposits to pak56 accounts are accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa card, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard and are subject to change.

Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment processor. pak56 does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which pak56 is not responsible.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. pak56 will not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit made from a payment account in a name that does not match your registered pak56 account name will be refunded and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your pak56 account. pak56 applies a withdrawal-to-deposit-method policy: funds will, where operationally possible, be returned to the same payment method from which the corresponding deposit was made.

Before any withdrawal is processed, the account holder must have completed KYC verification to pak56's satisfaction. KYC documentation typically required includes: a clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides), a recent proof of address issued within the past three months, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a JazzCash or EasyPaisa account screenshot).

Withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically within 1–4 hours of approval for verified accounts.
• Bank Transfer (HBL / UBL / Meezan): Typically within 1–3 business days following approval.
• Card Withdrawals (Visa / Mastercard): Typically within 3–5 business days following approval, subject to the card-issuing bank's processing timelines.

pak56 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified by email if additional documentation is required.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pak56 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotional offers are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General conditions applicable to all pak56 bonuses unless the individual promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) can be converted to withdrawable balance. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements at the expiry of the time limit will be removed from your account automatically.
• Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement completion, or may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution percentages per game category will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless the individual promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• pak56 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time, provided that such withdrawal does not retrospectively disadvantage players who have already accepted the offer under its original terms.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or systematic exploitation of low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

8 Betting Rules

pak56 offers sports betting markets across cricket (including PSL, international Tests, T20Is, and domestic tournaments), football, UFC, and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the pak56 platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed by the system.
• In the event of an event cancellation or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport, which are published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.
• The minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed in the bet slip at the time of wager placement and are subject to change.
• pak56 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the odds were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault or human error, provided that the error is identified and communicated to affected players within a reasonable time.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. All in-play bets are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets unless specific in-play rules are published for the relevant market.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided by pak56 if it is determined that the bet was placed with material knowledge of an event outcome not yet reflected in the published odds.

9 Casino Games

pak56 offers live casino games, slot games, table games, and jackpot games provided by licensed third-party game studios. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited to ensure fairness. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel.

pak56 acts as a platform operator and is not the manufacturer of the casino games offered. Game-specific rules are governed by the rules embedded within each individual game. In the event of a conflict between a game's embedded rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent permitted by the game provider's licensing terms.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including disconnections, incomplete game rounds, or server errors — the result of the interrupted game round will be determined based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the pak56 server. Bets placed on incomplete game rounds will be refunded to your account balance where the game outcome cannot be conclusively determined.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak56 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using the account of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or RNG vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with events offered on pak56.
• Conducting deposits or withdrawals for the purpose of money laundering or the concealment of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Abusing or threatening pak56 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Using the pak56 platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

11 Intellectual Property

All content published on the pak56 platform — including but not limited to the pak56 brand name and logo, website design elements, software interfaces, text content, graphics, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak56 or its licensed content providers. No part of the pak56 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of pak56.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pak56 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership of any intellectual property rights.

12 Privacy & Data

pak56 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately and forms part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the platform. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of the pak56 Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming obligations, and the provision of the pak56 service. pak56 does not sell personal data to third parties. 13 Responsible Gaming

pak56 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides the following tools to all account holders at no charge, accessible directly from the account dashboard without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum net loss you will accept over a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications that remind you of how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders displaying your session duration and net account activity.

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits.
• Loss resulting from platform downtime, technical malfunction, or connectivity issues beyond pak56's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your participation in any gambling activity that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit pak56's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. pak56's total aggregate liability to any account holder in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the account balance held at the time the liability arose.

15 Amendments

pak56 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to account holders via the email address registered to their account at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the pak56 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Non-material changes (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not alter their substance, and updates to contact information) may be made without advance notice.

16 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak56 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the pak56 complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant gaming authority's dispute resolution framework.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
